We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join Warehouse Head Office in Old Street. This is a newly created role, reporting to our Director of Brand Communications, which will lead a measured and on-brand content strategy across all social and owned channels, that focuses on performance and commercial trade generation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Social Media & Content Manager will support the Director of Brand Communications in evolving the editorial proposition and pillars of social channels and on-site content, in line with customer needs and business KPIs, challenging the status quo and developing new ideas. They will develop an engaging brand content strategy with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, elevating the brand proposition and increasing conversion, working closely with the Copywriter to ensure all copy remains on brand and that it is published on time whilst keeping up to date with any retail and merchandising changes.

The Social Media & Content Manager will develop, execute, and maintain the brand’s publishing calendar across all social channels working closely with Digital Marketing, Digital Trade, third-party SEO support and the Head of Digital to make reactive changes when required based on audience and business needs.

Another big part of this job role is to lead and nurture the content team (Copywriter and Social Media & Content Assistant), crafting a culture in which they are ambitious for the brand and for the audience experience.

HAIR AND MAKEUP ARTIST (OASIS AND WAREHOUSE)

We are looking for a Hair & Makeup Artist to join our team; the ideal candidate will be passionate about Hair, Makeup and Fashion, consistently aware of current trends and would be able to relate and adapt these to the Oasis/ Warehouse brand.

The Hair & Makeup Artist will be responsible for all Hair and Makeup looks across the Oasis and Warehouse websites, Ecommerce and creative, potentially working on Look Books and Campaigns.

This role will report to the Studio Production Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full understanding of the Oasis/Warehouse brand and customer
  • Producing a high standard of Hair & Makeup that is brand appropriate, referencing the seasons catwalk trends and street style that would be relevant to the brands
  • On ecommerce days, producing Hair & Makeup looks for the model in the 1 hour allocated time slot, maintaining the approved look throughout the day and touching up after lunch
  • Understand and translate any creative changes quickly and with minimal disruption to the shoot
  • Responsible for Hair & Makeup kit- keeping an updated inventory, ensuring kit is kept clean and organised. Communicating any items needed to Studio Manager
  • Keeping an updated document with all approved Hair & makeup looks and suggestions for each model
  • Suggesting and testing new looks. Presenting ideas for creative briefs
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the Shoot Leads, stylists, photographers and the brands ; collectively deciding the most suitable looks depending on model and product

The Shoot Lead works closely with the in-brand creative team to ensure the successful execution of the final image edit and image file preparation for Warehouse in line with brand aesthetic and guidelines. Working with the studion team of photograpers and stylists, the role ensures that not only are images of the best possible standard are produced for ecommerce shoots but that best practise processes are adhered to at all times. The Shoot lead is responsible for digitally processing and delivering final images to the brand team ready for use and reports to the Photographic Production Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • To work under the guidance of the in-brand creative team and Studion Manager and with the studio team to maintain image selection standards. This includes image processing, editing and choosing the final lead images for each product on the website.
  • Establish strong relationships with the studio team to ensure the best output on the day is obtained
  • Work with the on-set shoot team to ensure all shoots are delivered efficiently and to the highest of quality. QC all on-model imagery on set. Delivering a wide edit for all editorial, content, and Next.com shoots
  • Achieve shoot target every day - manage the team ensuring everything possible is done to achieve this
  • Ensure housekeeping is second nature - shots are correctly filed in Capture One and processed on to the system in the correct manner, manage all folders on the shared server ensuring they are updated and organized
  • Work closely with the Senior Stylist and Photographer finding ways in which to keep shoots fresh and aspirational, working with the brand to maintain their vision
  • Fulfil the digital operations of each shoot
  • Partner with seniors to lead the on-set team, ensuring an efficient pace is maintained and each shoot is running as it should. Maintain a professional and productive working environment on set at all times
  • Ensure sure final selects from shoots are of the highest standard

  • Digital shoot operation experience
